At ShoppyHubb, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience across all our vendor stores. As a multi-vendor platform, each product is sold and fulfilled by individual vendors. However, all refund and return requests are processed through ShoppyHubb to ensure fairness and consistency in accordance with international consumer protection standards.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund for a product under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

The return request is made within the return window specified for the product (typically 7–14 days from delivery, unless otherwise stated).

The product is unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Return & Refund Process

Initiation of Request:
The customer must initiate a return or refund request through their ShoppyHubb account, providing necessary details, including photos or videos, if applicable. -
Product Pickup & Analysis:
Once the request is received, ShoppyHubb will arrange for the product to be picked up and returned to us for inspection. Our team, in coordination with the respective vendor, will analyze the product based on:-
The customer's complaint.

The vendor’s product description and policy.

The condition of the returned item.

Decision & Resolution:

If the return request is approved after inspection, a full refund will be processed to the customer via:

Original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.), or
-
ShoppyHubb Credits, as per customer preference.

If the return request is not valid (e.g., misuse, damage caused after delivery, ineligible product), the item will be shipped back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Timeframe
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking partner.
Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, customization, or perishable nature. Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or covered under a specific vendor’s unique policy will follow those terms.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement between the user and vendor, ShoppyHubb will act as a neutral mediator. Our decision will be final after considering all facts and product evaluations.
