Shipping Responsibility

Each vendor on ShoppyHubb defines their own shipping methods, delivery timelines, and courier partners. This may include local delivery, national couriers, or self-managed logistics. -
Order Fulfillment:
Vendors are solely responsible for:-
Preparing and dispatching the order in a timely manner.

Setting their own shipping charges and delivery timeframes.

Ensuring proper packaging and shipment tracking (where applicable).

Order Tracking & Status Updates

Vendor Updates:
Vendors are required to update the order status at each step (e.g., confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered). This allows customers to stay informed and track their orders in real time through their ShoppyHubb account. -
Tracking Details:
If the vendor uses a shipping service with tracking capabilities, they must enter the tracking number and courier details into the order system. This information will be visible to the customer for easy access.
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

The vendor’s location.

Customer’s shipping address.

Chosen shipping method.

Each vendor displays their estimated delivery time on the product page or during checkout.
Delays & Vendor Communication
In case of shipping delays:

Vendors are encouraged to proactively communicate with customers through the ShoppyHubb messaging system or by updating the order status.

Customers may also reach out directly to the vendor for clarification or assistance.
Shipping Disputes & Escalations
If a customer experiences:

Non-shipment of their order within the expected timeframe, or

No response or updates from the vendor,
They may raise a dispute with ShoppyHubb. Our team will investigate the matter in coordination with the vendor and provide a resolution based on our platform policies.
